Getting involved
It will take a community effort to create this living space for arts education.

We are thrilled to unveil the home of TrICA, a home that you can help build!

Please partner with us to fulfill our mission to engage and inspire children through experience-based programs that ultimately help foster better humanity and community through the arts.

Phase One: Foundation
Phase One provides for the purchase of TrICA’s interest in the property, strategic management services, an office, property management, building maintenance, and administrative staffing. Assessment and initial repairs are also included in order to ensure that the building is safe and habitable. This will provide the proper foundation for the Phase Two architectural review, design, and restoration. Estimated costs for Phase One are $500,000.

Phase Two: Development
Phase Two focuses on building restoration and remodeling. This phase includes the architectural design and review, structural engineering, and building remodeling, as well as ongoing program and operational support. Estimated costs are $1.5 million+, but master plan development is necessary to assess the actual costs associated with Phase Two.

Ongoing: The Barn-Raising
In the tradition of a community barn-raising, we invite the community to unite their shared talents and resources to lift the efforts of Phase One and Two into a fully realized home for the TrICA. Cleaners, painters, gardeners, roofers, plumbers, electricians, anyone who wants to lend a helping hand…if you want to help in any way, there is a place for you in TrICA.

We invite you to join us in creating
a magical & lasting space for our children!
